With more than 15 years of experience in graphic design, advertising and a successful freelance business, I was on the search to start something new and exciting. After designing everything from wedding invitations to birth announcements and holiday cards for family and friends, I decided that stationery would be my perfect niche.

I am a stay-at-home/work-from-home mother of two with a great love of paper and stationery. In the Summer of 2006 while talking with my husband about this new idea, we decided that we would set out to create a business.

Couture Invito was born!
The name: "Couture" with the thought of quality designs, timeless sentiment and endless possibilities. With the love of all things Italian (food, wine, style, family) we choose the Italian word for invitations, "Invito."

To my surprise we officially opened for business in less than 3 months and started being featured in print magazines, several online magazines and blogs. In January 2011 Couture Invito was named as a winner in The Best of Weddings by The Knot for wedding invitations in Northeast Ohio. With the support of my husband, family and friends I have created a wonderful business that continues to expand and grow with more options and more creativity every day.

Meet important members of the office!

Oscar is the oldest one and the quietest one, spend the majority of his day sleeping in the corner after he has collected all the catnip toys, placing them strategically so that he can lay on them and noone else (meaning Belle) can take them!

Belle is more of a dog than a cat. She spends her day talking to us in her "kitten" meow voice, and playing catch with balls or the safety outlet covers. In her downtime, she likes to sleep under one of the tables in the office.

Lucy is not your average dog. She would rather be pet like a cat, than play with toys, balls or bones. She spends her day keeping feet warm, because her favorite place is under the desk! But at lunchtime, she does jump around and beg until you take her for her lunch-date walk.
