IMPORTANT Calendar Note:
While Couture Invito will be processing and proofing during Holidays, Holiday days are not counted as business days, due to the printing production being closed on those days.
What makes Couture Invito stand out among other invitation companies?
I offer custom designs, embellishments and superior customer service. I personally work with all clients to create an invitation or stationery set that suit them the best. I don't just "plug-in" your information or photo, personal attention to every order. Meaning, if you want to change a design a little bit, just ask me and I will be happy to do it for you!
Return Policy
Since all of the products are custom-ordered, Couture Invito does not accept returns and does not issue refunds. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Once your order has been processed for output it cannot be changed. If there are any errors on the part of Couture invito, they will be rectified in a timely manner. Customer satifaction is a top priority.
Quality Control
Couture Invito offers original designs that are professionally printed. Some colors may vary from the screen to your final printed piece due to the various calibrations of browsers and monitors. If you have any questions or concerns about color, please feel free to contact me prior to ordering.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected on all orders originating from the state of Ohio. Applicable sales tax is added at the time of purchase during check out.
Payment
Payment is by credit card only, Couture Invito accepts MasterCard and Visa at the time of purchase.

Do you have a online catalog or a printed catalog?
Our website features an extensive line of what we offer. If you don't see something you are looking for, please email me and I will be happy to assist you. I have a sample catalog of our invitations and stationery at our boutique. Please call to set up your appointment.

How soon before my event will I need to place my order?
Weddings Order your invitations as soon as your date, time and place have been confirmed. Three to six months, depending on the amount of customization and embellishments, before the ceremony is what most expert planners suggest. The more time you give yourself, the less stressed you’ll feel and the more carefully you’ll make decisions. Give yourself at least a 2 weeks to hand address, assemble, and stamp the invitations and reply envelopes.
Social Events
Order your ivnitations 8 weeks in advance. This will give you enough time to order and proof your invitation properly and still give you enough time to send your intitations out in a timely manner.
Will I be able to proof my invite before printing?
Wedding: All wedding and event invitations come with complimentary proofs. I set a approval date so that the invitations go to print on time and are assembled in a timely manner. No additional fees for proofing apply.
Photo Cards: Two complimentary proofs are provided with your order. An additional proofs are avaliable for an additional fee of $15.00. See product page for details.
Do I need to place a minimum order?
The minimum order for all stationery and invitations is 25. Photo cards and invitations can be ordered in any quantity above 25 (i.e. 32, 67, etc.) Stationery orders are available in quantities of 25.
Can I customize an invite I saw online?
Yes, we encourage our clients to take pride in designing their very own invitation.
Can I have my order rushed?
Please contact us to see if your product can be rushed. Some items are available for rush delivery, while others are not. Additional rush fees may apply.
What type of ink colors and fonts do you offer?
All of the ink colors and fonts are listed on the ordering pages for stationery. There are no limitations to color on wedding and social invitations & announcements, if you have a specific color in mind, you are free to send me a swatch sample via snail mail so that I can use my color-matching system. Please email us for more information.
I would like to order more invitations and envelopes. Am I able to add on to my existing order?
Once you have sent us your approval we can no longer change the quanitity of your order. If you need additional inviations and envelopes you will have to place an additional order. This is not a problem, however the reorder minimum will begin again at 25.

What types of printing do you offer?
Couture Invito offers professional digital printing (flat printing). See our Definitions Page for further description of each. I also offer engraved and thermography printing upon request.
Can I get my invitations pre-addressed and/or with calligraphy.
Yes, we offer pre-addresses envelopes for select invitations/anouncements. Please see product pages for more information and pricing.
How do I submit my personal/digital photos for invitation/announcement cards?
Detailed instructions will be provided after you place your order.

The online ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL renders information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.
What form of payments do you accept?
Couture Invito accepts Visa and Mastercard.

Shipping
How soon will my order be shipped once I confirm my order?
All Photo Cards and stationery are shipped within 5-7 business days. Custom photo notepads are shipped within 2 weeks of placing your order (unless otherwise stated on the product page - turnaround time often is often within 5-7 business days during the Holiday season). Formal invitation deliver is determined between each individual customer and myself during the ordering process. Contact me for more information. NakeWatch® and Photo Jewelry are sent separately from stationery products and may require additional time for fulfillment, and additional shipping and handling charges.
Products
How can I word my invitation appropriately with regard to sensitivity?
Please refer to the Etiquette page for suggestions on wording your invitation. If you need further assistance once your order is submitted, I will personally help you with your wording throughout the approval process. If you have immediate concerns, please contact us and a I will be happy to help you.
Can I order other wedding items such as programs, menus… without ordering an invitation suite?
Yes, you can order any of our products without purchasing an entire suite. If you have already ordered your invitations elsewhere, we are more than happy to assist you with all of your other printed materials for your special event.
Do you outsource or design everything yourself?
I do not outsource any of the orders. All the designs are created and completed by me! Personal attention is given to every order.
Do you offer popular stationery lines or are all of the invitations and announcements designed by Couture Invito?
All of our stationery and invitations are custom designed by Alesa Upholzer for Couture Invito.
Is your printing done in the United States or overseas?
All stationery, notepads, and invitations are printed in the United States!
